Talihina is growing!
Our little town is growing again as the beginnings of a food truck plaza are beginning to take shape. Situated at the stop light next to Treats and Treasures is the yet-to-be-named plaza that will become home to several food trucks and offer long-term slots to starting restaurants and seasoned veterans alike to park their trucks and let people enjoy an outside dining experience just in time for spring.
The first dining experience comes from exciting upstart, Deloach’s Cajun Cuisine offering a completely unique food experience to Talihina. Other food trucks are expected to join the line-up as the foundation is torn out and rebuilt over the next coming weeks.
We can’t wait to watch as the next developments occur and as this soon-to-be hotspot brings more life to Talihina’s down town!
